Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath pits Robocop and Terminator in new trailers

The Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios video game will be expanded with a new expansion.

Two legends from the eighties, both with circuitry in their guts, will face each other very soon in Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath. The story expansion of the fighting game developed by NetherRealm Studios will introduce new fighters. Although Terminator was already present for a long time, Robocop will make its debut with its well-prepared fatalities. As an example, the trailers that you can see in this same news, where both face a mortal fight for their survival.

Some may remember the skills of Agent Robocop, a cyber character who will not hesitate to use all kinds of tricks to defeat his rivals. Terminator, on the other hand, has continued to evolve over the decades thanks to different films. So the character played by Arnold Schwarzenegger sports an aged appearance. What none of them lack is their forcefulness when using weapons and other powers. For example, Robocop is able to launch a burst of fire thanks to a mechanism that is on the top of the wrist.

All new fighters

Robocop features the appearance and voice of Peter Weller, the actor who brought the android to life in the first two film adaptations. Additionally, the new expansion will add two other additional fighters, Fujin and Sheeva. The first of them uses an escape combined with his wind powers, while the second is capable of employing four-arm techniques.

Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath will be released on May 26 on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia. Its recommended price will be 39.99 euros.
