Along with the animation series, Square Enix is preparing an action video game that will be based on the story of Dai and will be released in 2021.
The Dragon Quest saga is one of the most recognized role-playing franchises in the world of video games. Its success, especially in Japanese territory, has motivated the development of all kinds of additional products. And is that the Square Enix game is not unknown in the anime world. In fact, it will return to the small screen after the movie produced for Netflix. This is Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, a television series that will begin airing in October (in Japan, of course), and which we can already enjoy the first few seconds of footage. A video game based on that same anime has also been confirmed.
According to Gematsu, Yuji Horii, creator of the saga, has stated that although the original series Dragon Quest: The Adventures of Dai ended abruptly, this time he is eager to complete it. Square Enix and Toei Animation produce this fiction, which has just been announced by the voice cast:

Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai: Infinity Strash is the video game that will accompany the anime. It has been revealed through streaming, where a small trailer has also been seen. The title, which has no confirmed platforms, will go on sale in 2021, for the moment only in the Japanese market. Judging by the playable sections shown in the video, we are dealing with an RPG and action game. Everything seems to indicate that the fighting will be in real time.
After the successful launch of Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of a Lost Past, the studio is already working on a new video game in the main saga. Be that as it may, it will still take a long time until they teach something tangible.
