Demon's Souls Remake vs. Comparison the original game

The Demon’s Souls remake for PS5 is now a reality. It will have a new game mode and its first images speak of an impressive graphic jump.

The Demon’s Souls remake was one of the big surprises of the PS5 presentation, in which Bluepoint Games and Japan Studio confirmed the return of the game that started it all. Titles like Dark Souls, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, and Bloodborne cannot be understood without Demon’s Souls, who created the genre they belong to back in October 2009, when it landed on PS3 and revolutionized the video game industry. The work has a good legion of followers behind and these have not taken long to make the first comparisons between the remake and the original game. Several screenshots are already circulating on the Internet in which its graphic section and the design of its monsters and scenarios are compared. We leave you with some of them:

Demon’s Souls Remake first details

Apart from the images, the first description of the trailer on YouTube confirms that the Demon’s Souls remake will have ray tracing and will incorporate a new game mode called “Fractured”. In addition, players will be able to choose between two options for the graphic section: one called “fidelity” and the other focused on framerate. The first will allow a higher resolution and graphic load, while the second will bet on offering greater stability (60 images per second?). The specifics of both settings and details of the Fractured Mode will be released in the coming weeks.

We also remind you that this Demon’s Souls remake was only one of the many surprises from Sony for the PS5 event. The official presentation of the console also left us two new games from Insomniac Games: Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, as well as the return of the sackboys, Aloy in Horizon Forbidden West and Astrobot. All this among many more announcements full of big names in the industry, such as the cases of Resident Evil 8: Village and Hitman 3.
