Nintendo of America communicates that those who have mistakenly purchased the erroneous Expansion Pass may legally reverse the purchase.
Nintendo of America has communicated through the social network Twitter that those who make a mistake when buying the Pokémon Sword and Shield Expansion Pass will be able to contact the company’s consumer service to solve it.
What is the error about? Possible wrong selection of edition
Despite the fact that on the official website of Nintendo it is indicated that when we buy a digital product in the eShop a withdrawal withdrawal is being accepted at that time, at least in North America an exception will be adopted in this case given the volume of players who have purchased the version not corresponding to your game.
“We cannot provide refunds or make changes to content if the content was purchased in error or does not satisfy the user. Recommendation: ensure that we buy the DLC corresponding to our game
