The new episode of the Insomniac Games saga does not yet have a release date, but it will arrive exclusively soon on PS5.
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will be a completely new installment in the long Insomniac Games saga. This new iteration for PlayStation 5, apart from including new planets, will take advantage of its context based on the possibility of wandering between dimensions to revisit classic planets from previous episodes. According to the Californian developer, “alternative versions of old favorites.”
Although no names have transcended, fans have begun requesting names that they would like to see back in this episode; especially after what was seen with the remake or reimagining of Ratchet & Clank for PlayStation 4 and 2016, one of the best-received titles of the console’s early years in terms of exclusives.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart Coming to PS5; no release date:
With Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart awaits us one of the most cutting-edge titles on a technological level of everything shown by PlayStation Studios for PS5 so far. Thanks to the SSD memory, ultra-fast loading times will be guaranteed, which will allow those interchanges between dimensions through portals to be almost immediate, with imperceptible loads.
According to Marcus Smith, creative director of the work: “The SSD is incredibly fast. It allows us to build worlds and project the player from one side to the other at almost instantaneous speeds. ” In fact, “it wouldn’t be possible” without this type of memory.
