Warner Bros. Games Registers Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad Domains

The division will present new DC Comics-based games during the DC FanDome, a virtual event focused on its superheroes and villains.

Clues to the return of the Dark Knight have been laying for months. Warner Bros. Games Montreal is working on new projects related to DC Comics, as they have reported on several occasions. However, their video game has not been officially announced. Now, it has come to light that Warner Bros has registered several web domains related to its characters. Gotham Knights and Suicide Squads with two of the titles on the record.

The user DriftingOrbit has been the one who discovered it and published it on ResetEra. Between June 16 and 19, the company reserved the rights to use the following domains: suicidesquadgame, gothamknightsgame and suicidesquadkillthejusticleague. Of course, this move does not necessarily indicate that titles are going to be a reality. Still, the company is preparing to announce its upcoming video games.

DC FanDome, next stop

Warner Bros recently announced the DC FanDome, a digital event that aims to unite all fans of DC comics. It has been conceived as a meeting that will encompass all media and formats. In other words, there will be advertisements related to comics, but also to movies and television series. As if that were not enough, the video games division will take advantage to reveal some of the projects that are underway.

Since Batman: Arkham Knight and Batman: Arkham VR, there have been no new batman games. From leaks, it is known that Warner Bros Games. Montreal worked on one Superman game and another based on the Suicide Squad, although both were canceled. Of them there are some conceptual arts that leaked online.
