Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Introduces Min Min (ARMS) and Announces Release Date

Nintendo’s hit fighting title continues to expand with new paid characters. This is the first of 6 others.

It’s been over a year and a half since Super Smash Bros. Ultimate went on sale. The title directed by Masahiro Sakurai already featured an enviable roster of fighters from Day 1, but Nintendo unveiled the Fighters Pass with six additional additional characters. After completing that content plan, it’s up to Fighters Pass Vol. 2, which will add another half dozen new characters. Despite the problems caused by the coronavirus, it has been announced that the first of those fighters will be Min Min … and will not be long in coming.

This protagonist of the ARMS saga will be available from June 29. When acquiring the Fighters Pass Vol. 2 (29.99 euros), the player will have automatic access to the six characters that are to come. Still, it is also possible to buy them separately. Its price? 5.99 euros.

“I must be the first Nintendo developer to record from home,” director Masahiro Sakurai said when the broadcast began. The creative recalled that given the special circumstances, Nintendo has sent him the relevant materials to be able to make the recording without major problems. After commenting that he will do everything possible to make things go well, Sakurai has given way to the first trailer, in which we can see the character in action.

The player will be able to move Min Min’s arms as follows: the left one is assigned to button A, while the right one can be used by pressing B. His Final Smash has also been shown, and to no one’s surprise, it is about a punch cocktail that leaves the opponent fine and ready for an express visit to the hospital.
