Death Stranding joins ties in its launch trailer

The port of the video game comes out on July 14 is edited by 505 Games, the publisher who was in charge of publishing Control on consoles and PC.

Sam Porter Bridges connected all the territories of the United States in the PlayStation 4 version of Death Stranding, the latest production by Kojima Productions. More than half a year later, PC gamers will have the opportunity to accompany the character on that same mission, with quite positive results, as we have learned in the FreeGameTips Reviews. The title directed by Hideo Kojima goes on sale today, so the studio has presented the final trailer, which you can see on these lines.

The adaptation of the work to PC comes with news regarding the console. For starters, it is compatible with ultra-wide monitors, in addition to offering graphics options that are not found on PlayStation 4. In terms of content, it is exactly the same title, except that it includes a crossover with Half-Life: Alyx, the Valve’s masterpiece.

Is there salvation?

Death Stranding tells a story of dystopia, of a United States mired in disaster, which is nothing more than a reflection of what is happening in that fictional world. The line between life and death has blurred, to the point that the dead roam the territory causing calamities. In this situation, the only solution is to connect the places again and face the threat in company. That role is played by Sam Porter Bridges, a delivery man who will have a much more important job, although everything is based on the distribution of goods.

It may be asked if Kojima Productions is planning an improved version of Death Stranding on PlayStation 5. Although there are no plans at the moment, the Japanese developer does not rule out doing so later. “We are currently focused on the PC version of Death Stranding, so I can’t say anything about PS5,” he says, as we picked up on FreeGameTips. “But once we have been able to breathe a little after its PC launch, we are sure to examine it further, and I hope we can let it know once we have made a decision.”
