Wolfenstein: Youngblood – Update brings new Treasure Hunt missions, maps & more

Bethesda has released a new update to "Wolfenstein: Youngblood," which will now feature new Treasure Hunt missions, maps, opponents, and more.

Update 1.0.7 revealed the location of another Da'at Yichud chamber in a water reservoir under Klein-Berlin while investigating the artefacts from laboratory X. It seems the Nazis found a sealed chest containing an item related to the divine key. So far, the Nazis have not been able to open it. Maybe you have more luck.

After completing the Endgame side mission "Da'at Yichud Artifacts," you'll have access to a new side quest called "Treasure Hunt." This leads you into a Parisian water storage and a secret Nazi bunker – in these completely new areas, you try to open the Da'at Yichud chest.

In addition, you will be there with three new enemy types: wormhole soldiers (teleporting commando soldier), electric drones and rookie dogs (laser dog with a revolver gun). Once you complete the Treasure Hunt mission, update your journal in the Missions tab with a list of 20 treasure maps that will guide you to artifacts scattered throughout Paris. If you detect one of them, you will receive XP, silver coins and a skill point.

New skills & more

All three ability trees – Mind, Power, and Power – also gain new abilities, including Fast Revival (Mind), Akimbo Expert (Power), and Clammy and Deadly (Power). Another new power-ability is the divine key sense, with which you will find treasures in the world easier. This ability is granted automatically at the completion of the Da'at Yichud Artifact mission, so you do not have to spend skill points on it.

In addition to these new abilities, you can use two new gestures (inspired by id software titles). Hammerstrike restores heavy weapon ammo for you and your partners, while Quadruple Damage does exactly as it says – causing you and your sister fourfold damage for four seconds.

Finally, one may also look forward to a few new skins.
