Announced DokeV, an MMORPG of collecting creatures; debut trailer

The title is being developed by Pearl Abyss, a massive multiplayer open world planned for 2020 on consoles and computers.

Pearl Abyss has presented new details about DokeV, its new massive online multiplayer project based on the collection of creatures in an open world. The title, which drinks is similar to other proposals such as Dragon Quest Monsters, Temtem or Pokémon, will feature a beta in 2020 for its future release on consoles and PCs.

According to the information revealed in the G-Star 2019 held in Busan, South Korea, its gameplay is based on the search and collection of monsters that can be trained to be able to accompany us on our trip and face the dangers. The study has expert members in the genre, specifically Black Desert Online, where names such as Sang-young Kim in the animation direction and Suh Won Choi in the design direction stand out.

For those who are interested in more information about the game, DokeV already has its own official website (you can check it here) and accounts on social networks, such as Twitter. In both places, news about the development progress will be shown, a proposal with a very casual artistic style in which the world is framed in the not too distant future where technology prevails in people's day-to-day life.

Judging by the material, the protagonist can use a skateboard to move. In the presentation trailer that we can see in the news, the project is described as “a new Pearl Abyss game in which you can go on an adventure in search of DokeV, a monster that grows strengthened by people's dreams”.

Until we have more news, gender lovers can find alternatives such as those mentioned in the collection of creatures in open worlds, with greater or lesser similarity. Among them we find Ni No Kuni 2, Dragon Quest XI or the newcomer Pokémon Sword and Shield; We insist, saving the distances between them.
