The actor Dwayne Johnson announces through social networks the premiere of his new film for DC and shares a first conceptual art.
The film adaptation of Black Adam, one of Shazam's enemies in DC, seems to finally start filming soon after years of uncertainty about his production. And is that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has announced its release date through social networks, confirming on December 22, 2021 as the day we will see in action one of the new antiheroes of the Extended Universe of DC next to Warner Bros.
Dwayne Johson: “I dreamed of being a superhero”
Thus, and through an extensive publication on his official Instagram account, Dwayne Johnson has shared his impressions by confirming his role as Black Adam, along with the first official image of the film in which we can see the actor fully characterized as the powerful character through a striking conceptual art.
“Like most children, I dreamed of being a superhero. Have great super powers, fight for what is right and always protect people. Everything changed for me when I was 10 years old and they introduced me for the first time to the greatest superhero of all time: Superman. He was the hero I always wanted to be. But, a few years after my fantasy, I realized that Superman was a hero and I could never be, ”says The Rock.
