A user minimizes Red Dead Redemption 2 graphics

"LowSpec Gamer" intends to check how Red Dead Redemption 2 looks on PC with all graphics below the minimum.

It was expected that the PC community would get to work to experiment with the options that Red Dead Redemption 2 allows within the platform. While we were already seeing the possibility of controlling any character in the game (including animals), see the intimate parts of some of them and even change the face of Arthur Morgan for that of Joker, a user has wanted to go further: What would be the result of minimizing the graphic quality of the game as much as possible?

Called "LowSpec Gamer," this YouTube user has got to work to see how the game looks in the worst settings. Not only do we talk about putting all the options in "low", but also wanted to play the system.xml file, which drastically alters the way it looks.

You can see the results through the following video:

As you can see, the characters lose any shape in the face, and even the horses become polygonal kneading without any characteristic features. Despite what has been achieved, the creator affirms that there is still room for maneuver when the mods allow it. This advance already speaks for itself, as it did with Rockstar's previous work, Grand Theft Auto V.

PC verdict

In our Reviews, we said that "Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC is a version that does justice to the platform so diverse it reaches." The amount of graphic adjustments shines that “go far beyond what we usually find in the transfer of a title released on a computer console”. Of course, to be able to move it to its maximum value, a high-end equipment is needed. Being so demanding of the team makes it become the new benchmark of present and future within the platform.
