Call of Duty: Mobile receives the zombies; confirmed date

The title developed by Tencent Games for Activision continues to evolve, this time with a classic mode of the franchise.

The dead rise from their graves and prepare to feast on flesh and bones in Call of Duty: Mobile, the adaptation to mobile devices of the popular Activision franchise. That the Zombies Mode was on its way was already vox populi, not only because of the leaks, but also because the company itself had officially confirmed it in Reddit: “During the last month there has been a request that has been repeated each and every one of the days: where are the zombies? Well, they will be on your fingers before you know it, ”they said. And here they are, or almost, because they arrive on November 22.

This was revealed by Activision through the official videogame networks, so very soon we will be able to shoot at the horde of undead, who will try by all means to leave his dentana mark on the skin of our soldiers. For its part, the company also explained that the support for controls will return soon, a functionality that was present for launch, but that was eliminated because there were balance problems.

Record figures

The triumph of Call of Duty: Mobile on iOS and Android has only been overshadowed by Pokémon GO, to date, the most downloaded mobile video game in its first month. However, the new Activision and Tencent Games has positioned itself in second place and has moved to another Nintendo product, the also recent Mario Kart Tour.

In figures, according to Sensor Tower, the shooter has reached 148 million downloads, with daily figures of about 4.9 million in Apple Store and Google Play. The title has not received the laurels only for its good figures at the level of downloads, but has also managed to amass revenues that amount to 53.9 million dollars (almost 49 million euros).

Call of Duty: Mobile is a free-to-play title that is available for iOS and Android terminals.
