MeriPodcast 14x19: Nintendo Direct and PS VR for PS5

Nintendo is back with its first Nintendo Direct in a year and a half and Sony shakes up the news with a ton of news in a single afternoon.

The news of the video game can take a turn in a single minute, as in this MeriPodcast program. If in the morning we were thinking about some specific topics for the rundown, in a few hours everything changed when Sony announced through an interview that it was working on a new virtual reality device (PS VR) for PS5, that Days Gone will be released this spring on PC and that Gran Turismo 7 is going to 2022.

But that’s not all, because Ratchet & Clank for PS4 will be free throughout the month of March. As you can imagine, this block occupied us almost all the news. And once the news was seen, it was the turn to discuss the debate: Nintendo Direct. We could not ignore the biggest event of this month; the first Direct in a year and a half, which left us with around thirty titles.

Was the last Nintendo Direct up to par?

Did it measure up? We already warned you that there were contrasted opinions, although we all agree that we expect something more.
