From miHoYo they present “Invasion of Dragartos”, a new event available in Genshin Impact with which to get protogems and other rewards.
Those responsible for giving life to Genshin Impact, myHoYo, continue to release many updates for their successful and complex title. We recently received version 1.3 of the game along with several special events included in the “Rite of the Lantern”, new minigames, the opportunity to get free protogems and more. The latest news are related to the arrival of a new character: Hu Tao, known as “The guide from beyond” and we can add to our team if we are lucky with the rolls in his gachapon. But it does not come alone, as it will be accompanied by new legendary missions and an event known as “Invasion of Dragartos”, among others. We will tell you everything below.
Date and times of the event
- Game mode and Rewards redemption: March 5 at 4:00 a.m. until March 12 at 3:59 a.m. (the hours mentioned refer to the time of each server).
During the event, we will be able to seek out Katheryne from the Adventurer’s Guild to accept research expeditions. After completing them, we will get Protogems as a reward. Depending on the characters they investigate, we can also obtain Blackberry (the game money), Hero’s Ingenuity (to level up our characters) or mystical refinement minerals, among other rewards. During the event, depending on the progress we make during the expeditions, search and capture orders will be gradually activated.

Participation requirements and event details
- Achieved Adventure Rank 20 or higher and completed Katheryne de Liyue’s “Invasion of Dredgers” quest.
During the event, Katheryne will propose 8 “Dragon Invasion” Research Assignments. We can select 4 of them to start our expeditions. Before orders of different levels, we will obtain different rewards. Each day 1 order of level S, 2 of level A and 5 of level B will be updated. With each expedition we will be able to choose the character of a friend to accompany us as an assistant and thus increase the probability of obtaining additional rewards. We will be able to select the character we prefer within our friend’s “Character Exhibition”. Of course, we will not be able to use the same character simultaneously for the missions “Invasion of Dragartos” and for the expeditions.
