The English studio adds to its ranks new professionals in the face of that role-playing project at Xbox Game Studios, of which we still don't have details.
Playground Games continues to work on its next project, an RPG. The study, based in Royal Leamington Spa, England, has made known through social networks the incorporation of two professionals for this role title in positions of responsibility; two veterans with experience in other large companies in the video game industry.
This is Brian Merrill of Ready At Dawn and Martin Bunker of Rockstar North. In the message, also published on Linkedin by Nick Duncombe, one of the human resources members of Xbox Game Studios, other published vacancies are added, so the plan to expand the study's human capital has not ended. They have not transcended more details.
The past E3 2019 showed nothing about that new RPG project, a “triple-world open-world action role-playing game” from Playground Games, so you just have to wait for Microsoft to choose what and when to offer those details.

Microsoft promises "four or five exclusives" per year
We do not know when the next Playground Games project will go on sale; What is certain is that Microsoft has thought that "four or five" of the Xbox Game Studios projects, which has fifteen internal studios, arrive at stores every year, a frequency of more than one game per quarter, as it has Phil Spencer recently said: "Our goal is to be able to bring four or five great new games to the platform (Xbox) every year."
