In keeping with the cooler temperatures outside, Kalypso Media today announced Ski Jumping Pro VR, which will be released in December.

Ski Jumping Pro VR is a completely redesigned and enhanced version of the eponymous mobile game, offering the thrill and enjoyment of professional ski jumping like no other game. Players experience the dizzying heights of professional ski jumping in Career mode, or train for short and fast action in quick jump mode.

For a record jump in Ski Jump Pro VR, balance with the VR controllers and balance the timing of the jump – or experience the dramatic fall of the jumper. The experience is rounded off with a comprehensive character customization, in which equipment such as skis, gloves, shoes, ski suit and helmet can be unlocked to match the jump style.

"The life of a ski jumper is an adrenaline-filled ride in minutes, where victory and defeat are very close together – Ski Jump Pro VR transports the experience of the jump and puts you in the heart of one of the most impressive sports in the world," said Andreas Wellinger, twice Gold medal winner at the Olympic Winter Games 2017/2018 and World Champion at the Nordic World Ski Championships 2017.

Ski Jump Pro VR promises 32 breathtaking locations that have been designed with attention to detail from 19 international winter sports locations. The venues offer individual challenges, such as environmental factors and wind directions, to suit the location. Andreas Wellinger continues:

"I jumped all over the world. So I can say that Ski Jumping Pro VR comes closest to the real experience with its accurate replica of hills and venues, as well as the simulation of pressure in competition. "

Ski Jumping Pro VR will be released on December 06, 2019.
