Now that Tellgames Games has been revived under a new leadership by LCG Entertainment, the first games are finding their way back to the dealer shelves. So you work on the back catalog again and will release a 'Batman Shadows Edition'.
This is from an exam entry in the Australian Classification Board, which probably includes the two seasons of the original Telltale games – Batman: The Telltale Series and Batman: The Enemy Within. Something similar had recently been done with all The Walking Dead games. An official announcement of the Batman Shadows Edition is still pending.
The new Telltale Games
In order not to make the same mistakes in the future as the former Telltale Games, one puts on a leaner corporate structure and strategic growth, while focusing on the core and the new intellectual property rights. In order for this to succeed, former key employees of Telltale Games have been brought on board.
The new Telltale Games is run by Jamie Ottilie and Brian Waddle, based in Malibu and a branch office in Corte Madera, California. Ottilie is responsible for studio management and technology, while Waddle is responsible for business development, operations and finance. With Athlon Games you also have a marketing and publishing partner at hand, which will be entrusted in the future with the publication of the Telltale Games games.
