The title will be released in North America and Europe for the hybrid machine after its passage through PlayStation 4, the company NIS America has confirmed.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 3 will go on sale on Nintendo Switch in spring 2020. After its passage on PlayStation 4 since last October, the famous Falcom title distributed by Bandai Namco will be released in the West by the hand of NIS America in the North American market.
The editor has confirmed the first details of this version, a port currently under development that will arrive next to a free demo soon. At the technical level it will be an adaptation at 720p resolution with an image rate of 30 FPS per second. In addition, it will be the full version of the game, with all The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 3 DLCs released on the Sony machine digitally.
In the North American market, a special version will also be launched with the base game in physical format, an art book of 20 pages in full color, reversible cover and other extras. There will also be a Thors Academy Edition with everything from the special edition, a metal box, soundtrack, illustrations and a stuffed animal.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 3 is the third numbered installment of this JRPG saga, an Adventure where we continue the expertise of Rean Schwarzer and his Key VII a new warlike confrontation between the countries of this world. On a contextual level we find ourselves a year and a half after the events that took place in the second part, with a Schwarzer now already a Class VII professor in Special Operations.
