Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment have announced that the successful title update incorporates a series of novelties and improvements to the video game. The developer has modified the progress of the player level, which includes an increase in the maximum level, in addition to new rewards, weapon amulets, etc.

This is how the new progression system works
- Levels 2 to 20: One pack per level (10 Apex packs in total).
- Levels 22 to 300: One pack every two levels (140 Apex packs in total).
- Levels 305 to 500: One pack every five levels (40 Apex packs in total).
- You will continue to earn 600 legend tokens per level and for 18,000 XP at level 500.
- Players will now get a new badge every 10 levels between 110 and 500.
Once this change is applied, players will receive 59 packs in the first 100 levels (45 more than before). As if that were not enough, the change will be applied retroactively, that is, if according to the new parameters it was appropriate to have obtained a pack, it will be received immediately. Thus, things that currently have reached level 100 will be made with 14 pack when the new system enters into force.
Respawn Entertainment will introduce 36 amulets of additional weapons in the Apex packs, so it will be possible to deepen personalization. They will be available in epic and legendary levels and can be purchased at the store.
On the other hand, the speed at which the XP required to level up is increased between levels 10 and 58 has been reduced. This decision has been taken with the aim of making the curve smoother for new players, so They will get rewards faster. The experience needed to reach level 100 will be reduced by 5%. Of course, the maximum number of XP per level will continue as before: 18,000 from 58.
