Resident Evil 3 Remake will be more action oriented; will not be delayed

Terror returns to the streets of Raccoon City with a new version of the third installment of the franchise designed by Capcom.

Go outside, breathe fresh air and clear your mind. It could be one of the actions one takes to relax, but in the avenues of Raccoon City it can cost you dearly. The air smells like rotten meat because the inhabitants, or rather, the deceased citizens, have become zombies after being mysteriously infected. Resident Evil 3 Remake is the next game in the series, which according to the developers, will be more focused on the action.

That compared to the second installment of the remake, released in early 2019. In statements to Famitsu magazine, producers Masao Kawada and Peter J. Fabiano, have promised that the game will not lose the charm of the series. The story will start before the events narrated in Resident Evil 2, but will end after the story of the previous remake ends. Producers have also revealed that Resident Evil 3 Remake will have more changes than the previous chapter.

They rule out a delay

Another point that has been touched in the interview is the state of development. According to Kawada and Fabiano, the game is in the final stage of development. They are sure that it will not be delayed, so we can have it in our homes next April. As mentioned recently, the remake will give more prominence to some characters whose appearance was rather testimonial, as is the case of Dario, who was hiding inside a container to escape from the zombie hordes.

Resident Evil 3 Remake is in development for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Its launch is scheduled for April 3, not only through a standard edition, but also in a collector's edition, whose content you can discover in this link. As in the previous installment, one of the most coveted objects is the figure, which represents, this time, Jill Valentine.
