Adventures in company includes this new object, which helps us improve our friendship with our Pokémon.
Pokémon GO was recently updated with a new functionality, Adventures in company. From now on, players can enjoy with their Pokémon, which accompanies them everywhere in the real world. In addition, the Augmented Reality mode has just been added, which allows us to take pictures with friends and their companions. As if that were not enough, a new type of item has been introduced, the Pokocho, also known as Poffin in the Anglo-Saxon countries.
What is it and what is it for?
At first glance it looks like a bun with seeds, but in reality it is a kind of small bun made from berries, those that Pokémon like so much. In other installments of the saga, they were used to strengthen some characteristics of the creatures, while in Pokémon GO its function is completely different.
If we offer this food to one of our fellow Pokémon, the animal will join us on the map for a long time. That will help us strengthen our friendship ties with the Pokémon, so we will have the option of conquering them through the stomach.
How to get it?
This item is not distributed as a reward at the moment, but is only available through the game store. It has a cost of 100 coins. Once gathered, we will only have to choose the item among the rest of the products that are sold.
Partner Adventures implements different levels, which we collect below:
- Good partner: your partner can join you in the map view. You can also see his mood on the partner profile page.
- Super mate: is it hard for you to catch a Pokémon? Your partner can help you in your encounters with Pokémon. It can also bring you items that will help you on your Pokémon GO trip.
- Ultra companion: your partner will help you explore the world around you by informing you of nearby interesting places. Your partner will also bring you souvenirs that you can check on the partner profile page.
- Best companion: upon reaching this level, your partner will wear a best companion tape to show everyone how well you get along. The Pokémon with which you achieve the level of Best companion can obtain a PC enhancer in the fighting, provided they remain assigned as a companion Pokémon.
