Pinpointing the Wishing Well in Sunken Shores
Locate the Wishing Well on the southeastern edge of Sunken Shores, directly opposite Sticks Restaurant. Although the well’s basin appears empty until activated, the map marks it as a notable landmark.
Activating the Fountain of Fortune
- From the main plaza, head southwest to the cluster of water pumps and press Interact (X/Square or E). This restores the first stage of flow.
- Proceed southeast to the towering water structure and activate it with the same input; the system now channels water into the well.
- Stand beside the newly flowing well, press Interact again, and spend 200 Gold Bars to “Make a Wish.”
Successful activation grants access to exclusive drops such as Seven Sliders and Shock Rocks, though Fortnite Sprites remain absent.
Quest Completion and Loot Yield
In Week 7’s chapter of the Battle Pass, the character Hope’s quest notes the Wishing Well as a waypoint. Reaching the fountain alone suffices to earn 12,000 XP, no pumping required.
After activation, players can stash the rare items the well offers, preparing them for the next map pressure points.
