The mod, which you can download for free here (thanks ModDB), changes all the background sounds of Fallout 4 for those of Silent Hill and even incorporates 10 different climates and types of fog among which, yes, there is none in which let's see the sun. As for the enemies, the mutants and survivors of the Wasteland have been replaced by rabid dogs, screamers, ghouls and the classic dead nurses of the Konami franchise.
