Sony has apparently bought a new first-party studio

Sony's first-party studios keep expanding, most recently in 2019, when the long-term partner Insomniac Games was bought out. Now another studio of the PlayStation family seems to have joined.

This comes from a tip from the insider 'Tidux', who writes on Twitter:

Speculation is in the direction of Remedy, whose takeover has been suspected for quite a while. Kojima Productions would also be an interesting takeover candidate after having been extremely successful with the first joint project ‘Death Stranding’.

The possible takeover of Kojima Productions is also fueled by a tweet from The Game Award host Geoff Keighley, who tweeted almost simultaneously:

Keighley and Hideo Kojima, or Kojima Productions, are known to be the fattest friends, which could possibly have something to do with his joy about it.

If there is actually a new studio takeover by Sony, you should know about it very soon.
