Regarding that ten titles that can only be played on Google Stadia, there are no more details about it. "Soon" will offer more details, but the statement has not transcended a specific window.
Google wants to keep its promise: more exclusive every year

Google Stadia is now available through the Premiere Edition (includes Chromecast Ultra and three months of the Stadia Pro subscription) for 129.00 euros. The games you want to play must be purchased separately; although currently (January 2020) there are a total of six games included at no cost in Stadia Pro: Rise of the Tomb Raider, Thumper, Tomb Raider (2013), Destiny 2, Farming Simulator 19 and Samurai Shodown.
