It will, as planned, on April 3, 2020, a few days before Final Fantasy VII Remake is sold in stores. As it was known since its official announcement, the Capcom title will be accompanied by a Collector's Edition that can already be reserved in GAME as exclusive in Spain. The official price will be 269.95 euros, the chain reports.
This edition contains a physical copy of Resident Evil 3, which comes in a lenticular case. In addition, it includes a statue of Jill Valentine, in the line of Leon S. Kennedy's remake of the second installment, as well as a book of illustrations and a double-sided poster with the Raccoon City map so we don't get lost in Our tour of the city. As GAME reports in a tweet, all those who have reserved the game before January 21 will be able to access the Collector's Edition, since the units are expected to be very limited. Customers will receive an email that will allow them to change the reservation, although that will not guarantee their obtaining. The chain of stores asks users who are very attentive to their junk mail folders so that the email is overlapped.
As a booking incentive, all those who make the advance purchase of the standard and collector editions of the videogame will obtain a pack of classic clothes, among which is the design of Jill Valentin of yesteryear and the version of Carlos Oliveira with the hairstyle of the original.
Resident Evil 3: Remake is in development for PS4, Xbox One and PC. The new Capcom title introduces a new four-to-one asymmetric multiplayer mode. This is Resident Evil Resistance, a modality that was initially announced as an independent title, although it will eventually be part of the same package.
