Nioh 2 takes us to feudal Japan in its history trailer; DLC announced

Team Ninja has three great downloadable content, which will add new adventures, weapons and characters.

It is the time of samurai and demons in the territory of the rising sun. Nioh 2, the sequel to the successful title developed by Team Ninja, is still in development, although there is less and less so that the kakatas whistle in the black. In total, they will market three large downloadable content, each focused on a different plot line, prior to the events in Nioh 2. The Japanese promise some additional hours that will provide “enough challenges for all those desiring more.” As in the previous installment, new weapons, new fighting skills and unpublished characters will be added, as well as all kinds of main and secondary missions.

Everyone who purchases the season pass will have direct access to the content, although it will also come in the Digital Deluxe Edition. This edition also introduces some special objects. As for the Special Edition, it will incorporate all of the above, a metal box and an art book.

The plot premise places us in 1555, in a climate of war that has transformed the nation into a chaotic country full of yokai demons and evil spirits. The protagonist, meanwhile, is a mercenary demon hunter in search of the evil yokai. However, man hides a terrible secret. His blood is mestizo, half human, half yokai. Unable to fit among the people, the sword is sheathed and seeks its own way to end the demons that grip it.

Nioh 2 will go on sale next March 10 exclusively for PS4.
