The title is updated with improvements in loaded attacks, small changes before the expected update with competitive online multiplayer mode.
Niantic has started the year 2020 with small but constant improvements in Pokémon GO. The company, which faces its fifth calendar year for this still mass phenomenon, has informed through a statement about the immediate application modifications that have just occurred in the combat system, in addition to the arrival of new movements.
News in the combat system
To begin with, a series of changes have been applied in the Coach Fights (for now, only in local and friendly multiplayer mode), which will arrive shortly.
- Loaded attacks and Pokémon changes will be queued and activated at the end of the current fast attack, they will not be canceled by a subsequent loaded attack.
- Fixed some visual errors in the fighting.
Likewise, existing attacks in Pokemon GO are updated, such as Megachord and Voltchange, which now inflict more damage:

- Megabody: This bug-loaded attack now deals more damage.
- Voltchange: this fast Electric-type attack now activates and generates energy faster.
There is also a new movement, Flying Iron, which appears for the first time in Pokémon GO under Fight type, although they have not detailed which Pokémon will be able to learn it. Finally, a series of species can now learn new movements, attacks that they did not know before:

Plusle and Minun – Loop Grass: This loaded Plant-type attack will help these Zest Pokémon to face the Earth-type Pokémon that could give them war in the Super Ball League.

Lanturn – Spark: Lanturn did not have before any attack of type Electric that could be compared in potential to its attacks of type Water. Spark will make Lanturn a strong leader and a good adversary for Azumarill, with super-effective damage, and for Altaria, with neutral damage.

Ampharos – Fist Thunder: This charged attack will make Ampharos a great Electric type contender in the Super Ball and Ultra Ball leagues.

Masquerain – Bubble Lightning: This Water-laden attack will cause Masquerain to have a good hedge attack to face the Fire and Rock type Pokémon that could trouble this Bug and Flying Pokémon.

Vespiquen – Corte Furia and Tajo Aéreo: these Bicho and Flying-type attacks increase Vespiqueen's strength and make it more viable in combat by matching the type of attack with the type of Pokémon.
Movements update for Pokémon from the Kanto region
Some species of Generation I, available since the beginning of Pokémon GO in 2016, can now learn movements of yesteryear, so that users who have joined the game in recent times can add these attacks to their moveset:
- Raichu: Impactruene
- Magneton: Impactrueno and Spark
- Venomoth: Fang Come
- Haunter: Shadow Ball
- Hypno: Shadow Ball
