Gearbox starts a small mini-event in 'Borderlands 3' today and celebrates the completion of farm fever and elimination in the Maliwan secret facility.

During this mini-event, which is supposed to run for two weeks, the rarity of the loot from all rare boxes is increased so that you have a greater chance of opening legendary objects when you open it. The increased rarity also applies if you watch a streamer who opens a rare box, provided that both have the ECHOcast Twitch extension. That means there is a 1: 4 chance that you will share in the happiness of the streamer and receive one of the objects yourself.

The Rare Chest Riches mini-event begins with a hotfix that will become active today at 6:00 p.m. CET and will continue until Thursday, February 13th at 5:59 p.m. CET. All details are also available on the official website.
