The black dragon is coming to Monster Hunter World: Iceborne next May. Capcom plots part of the content in the second quarter of the year.

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne presents its contents for the month of May. The return of one of the favorite monsters for your community will be the star of the additions. Alatreon, the black dragon, is chosen to land in the fourth major update.

Along with Alatreon, his entire set of armor and weaponry will be available to be forged at the rendezvous, although details of the update beyond its protagonist are unknown. We must remember that it will be from April, with version 13.50, when the pace of updates between console and PC is in unison.

Meanwhile, between April 10 and May 7 two thematic events will be held. In Astera it will be the Spring Flower Festival, while Seliana will host the Flower Festival. Depending on the headquarters you use, you can benefit from the contents of each one. That same update will introduce event quests such as Hyper Tanned Namielle and Master Rank Kulve Taroth. Weapon upgrade options added in March will be extended.

The closest contents will be those related to the third main update (version 13.0). It will bring with it two new monster varieties: the Wrathful Brachydios and the Rabid Rajang. Along with them, new objects from the Destiny Lands will be added, such as the expulsion capsules, and it will be possible to improve the weapons with a personalized appearance, as well as other new features not yet announced. It will arrive next March 23 to Xbox One and PS4; PC users will have to wait until April 9.
