Apex Legends details its new event, Old Customs; trailer

The game from the creators of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order launches a new temporary event, which will incorporate new features.

Respawn Entertainment's battle royale doesn't close for vacation or the coronavirus crisis. Apex Legends is preparing its next temporary event, which will take place between April 7 and 21, as announced by the Electronic Arts company on the video game's official website. The new popular wisdom event, Old Customs, will add the duets and trios, which will come alongside a permanent map rotation. Therefore, players will be able to “enjoy duets or trios” both in the Kings Canyon and at the End of the World.

The big predators got dusty when the Apex Games reached the End of the world. That caused a huge expansion in the number of marauders. Investigations determined that most of them were meeting in the northwest of the arena, so Bloodhound decided to exploit the war between humans and beasts in order to maintain the ecosystem.

In Bloodhound Trials, you'll be able to fight alongside your squad against the marauding host that won't hesitate to fire at any moment. We will have the opportunity to get high level loot as a reward, but the dangers are always around the corner: the rest of the legends also want to get the loot. According to Respawn, it will be worth exploring the grounds.

In addition to all of this, daily challenges will be offered that will come with cosmetic rewards inspired by the digital short film Stories from the Wild Lands: Old Customs. After the feedback received in previous events, the prize register will include the following rewards (image 1). The new aspects related to the short film will be published on the dates indicated in the calendar (image 2). On the other hand, the event marks the return of the legendary hunting skins, a total of 8 original skins that can be purchased, as well as 2 color variants (image 3).
