Apex Legends Season 8 to receive Chaos Theory event soon: all the details

The Respawn Entertainment title is due out on March 9 on Nintendo Switch, so users will get a boost in the Battle Pass.

Apex Legends will arrive on Nintendo Switch on March 9. On the occasion of this launch, Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment have announced the Chaos Theory Collection Event, which will pay tribute to Caustic, the enigmatic killer scientist of the Outer Lands. They promise that the event will lead to changes and new ways of playing.

All the news

In Capture of Caustic City, players will find themselves in a mousetrap, where they can obtain high-quality loot. Of course, the reward will appeal to all Legends. It has been built to prevent fuel from the Accident Site from spilling into the sea. As it is, players will have to drain the toxic liquid to receive four gold loot items locked in cages.

On the other hand, Ring Fury Mode Capture is a new game mode, which introduces one or more Radiant Rings on the map, all within the current ring. “By putting an extreme twist on the classic battle royale within the Arena, players caught in the Ring Blaze will take damage equal to the damage dealt by the ring from the current round.” Additionally, players will have access to the Thermoshield, a new item that will fire a protective dome “that will pour the ring’s deadly effect onto the barrier for a short period of time.” EA hints that heat shields will be located in a new inventory slot.

The Chaos Theory Collection Event includes Kraber and EVA-8 legendary weapon skins, as well as rewards, daily challenges, and 24 event-limited themed cosmetics (can be purchased with Apex Coins or Crafting Metals). Those who collect all of these items will enjoy the Bangalore Relic, which will be available to everyone through Relic Crafting after the event.

Apex Legends is a free-to-play game for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PC, and Nintendo Switch. This new event will be accompanied by matchmaking without autocomplete, a way to play as Legend in Solitaire “that allows you to enter your selected playlist without a team of players.”
