As is traditional, each year on these dates we go back 25 years in time and explore what it took that year to choose a candidate for GOTY Retro. In 2020, that trip takes us to 1995, a key period that separates the border between 16 bits and 32, pixels and polygons, with a still important presence of arcade machines that were the spearhead of polygonal technology.
