NExT Studios and META Publishing today confirm the early release of their physics-based co-op adventure ‘Biped’ on PlayStation 4.
Biped is a charming physics-based adventure in which players stand by cute robot protagonists Aku and Sila in their quest to save the world from the dark. They have to control the duo’s legs with a unique control. They can be controlled independently of one another in order to carry out individual movements such as running, sliding and solving puzzle mechanisms. Teamwork is essential in Biped to travel the world, avoid traps and catapult your friend over obstacles.
Main features:
- Innovative and simple control: The robot legs are steered with the two sticks or mouse buttons. This allows various movements – from simple running and sliding to advanced actions such as operating machines or chopping wood.
- Two-player co-op: The adventure can either be experienced alone or with a friend or family member. In co-op mode, communication and coordination are required to master the challenges of the game together and not to trip over your own legs.
- Discovering fun environments: The adventure takes players to many beautiful and mysterious locations across the planet. There are secrets to be discovered in forests, valleys, waterfalls and icy mountains. The robots have to find a way through the puzzle passages that lead them to planetary direction finders.
Biped will be released on April 8th for PlayStation.
