Gearbox will shortly be releasing a new update for 'Borderlands 3', which will not only start a special Valentines Day event, it will also raise the level cap again.
Broken Hearts Day makes hearts soar everywhere in the galaxy, while Maurice wants you to break those hearts, literally. You will get various rewards such as skins and new weapons.
There are different types of hearts that break in different ways: some fall to the ground with a fiery explosion, while others can drop prey or, for example, briefly turn opponents into allies. Maurice counts how many hearts you have broken and sends you the following rewards when you reach the corresponding number:
- 10 – ECHO skin “ECHOcardiogram”
- 25 – Weapon trinket “Cosmic Romance”
- 50 – Legendary Maliwan-SMG “Terminal Polyaimorous”
- 75 – Heartbreaker Chamber Hunter Skin
- 100 – Legendary Sniper Rifle “Wedding Invitation”
The update also optimizes the overall quality of the game and raises the level cap. Gearbox has also summarized all other details on the official website.
