Bravely Default 2, classified by the Australian regulatory body

Bravely Default 2 producer already has ideas for a possible Bravely Third

Square Enix’s video game is approved by the age rating registry, bringing its release on Nintendo Switch closer to 2020.

Bravely Default 2 has passed the Australian Video Game Regulatory Service Age Certification. The Square Enix title, which continues to appear as a launch on Nintendo Switch for this year 2020, has been silent for months, but this type of movement usually implies a release in the following weeks.

As Gematsu has advanced on Twitter, the Australian body has classified Bravely Default in its database this September 22, which certifies it for marketing in that country.

Despite the pessimism of the fans, who considered the possible launch of the game on the hybrid console in 2020 almost ruled out at this point in light of the health crisis of COVID-19, in June it was already indicated by Square itself that it had entered the final phase of its development and that it would arrive before finishing the course.

Tokyo Game Show 2020, possible appointment for Bravely Default 2

The Tokyo Game Show 2020 will be held from September 24 to 27 (you can check the schedules of all the conferences here) and Square Enix has confirmed its presence with news of some of its upcoming releases. Hopefully, now with more conviction, that Bravely Default 2 is there in some way; either with a new gameplay or to announce its possible release date. In the case that concerns us, Square Enix will broadcast its conference this Thursday, September 24, at 3:00 p.m. (CEST). We are waiting for possible news in this regard.

Other notable Nintendo Switch releases for exclusives for the remainder of the year include Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit on October 16, Pikmin 3 Deluxe on October 30, and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Cataclysm on November 20.
