Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War; presentation date and time

The new installment of the saga, developed by Treyarch and Raven Software, will be set in the era of the Cold War.

Revenge is served cold, as cold is the period in which the new chapter of Activision’s star saga will unfold. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has been announced later than usual, since the coronavirus situation, together with the cancellation of E3 2020, has substantially modified the calendar of some companies. However, the date has already been set: it will be August 26 when the North American company finally reveals its best kept secrets. The reveal is just days away from materializing.

The Cold War is a historical period that had the United States and the Soviet Union as its main protagonists. During those years, both powers tried to impose their hegemony, although they did not do so through open war, but through different operations in different countries. They also participated in an arms race and in an attempt to be the first to conquer outer space. In the end, the Soviet Union ended up dissolving.
