Canceled game arts from WB come to light. Montreal: Superman and Suicide Squad

Warner Bros Montreal, authors of Batman: Arkham Origins, worked on various games starring the heroes and villains of the DC universe.

Clark Kent will not soar through the skies of Metropolis in the new Warner Bros. Montreal game, a Superman title that was never announced, but has been revealed by leaking new concept art. Two illustrations of another of the canceled video games have also been uncovered, this time focusing on the Suicide Squad. The latter are dated 2014, although official details are also unknown.

For now, the Batman: Arkham Origins studio has not announced the project at hand, although the clues they have been leaving in their tweets point to a possible return of the Dark Knight. The icons shared by the developer hint that it will be set in the universe of The Court of Owls and in The League of Shadows. The only official thing is that the team is focused on a project related to the DC comics. Below you can see all the conceptual arts:

Warner Bros and his plans for the canceled E3

The cancellation of E3 2020 due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) has altered Warner Bros. plans to announce its upcoming video games. This was published by Kotaku, whose sources assured that the company was going to hold its first conference at the Los Angeles event. It should not be forgotten that other studios like Rocksteady have also been silent for years, ever since they published the virtual reality experience starring Batman.

The Arkham Knight saga features a core trilogy developed by Rocksteady, which replicates Bruce Wayne's dark journey to the most macabre places in Gotham City. Warner Bros. Montreal's Origins lives up to its name and focuses on the character's origins. As it could not be otherwise, the saga rescues numerous villains, such as Joker, Harley Quinn, The Scarecrow or the fearsome Penguin. Batman Arkham uses action mechanics and uses stealth, skills, and gadgets to develop his playable system.
