Castlevania comes to Spotify with 12 albums of its soundtrack; full list of games

Konami Europe confirms that a dozen works from the famous saga are already available on the well-known music on demand portal.

Konami Europe has announced through its official account of the social network Twitter that the Castlevania saga is breaking into Spotify. The Swedish music on demand and streaming portal thus receives a dozen albums corresponding to the most legendary installments of the veteran license.

Broadly speaking, it is worth noting the absence of works such as Lords of Shadow and Lords of Shadow 2, by MercurySteam, but the trajectory of the license from 1986 to 2020 is not lacking in a selection of themes that are already part of the history of the video game. From Symphony of the Night (already available on iOS and Android) to Circle of the Moon, Aria of Sorrow or Order of Ecclesia, Castlevania enthusiasts who have a free or paid account (in this case, without advertising and with the option to download the music to our device for offline playback).

You can listen to the soundtracks of the twelve titles through Spotify here. Here is the complete list of games whose soundtracks we can listen to now. In chronological order:

The number of publishers – especially Japanese – that have given the green light to place their original soundtracks on this portal has grown exponentially in recent years. From NieR: Automata to 61 Final Fantasy albums or other western hits like God of War, not to mention Capcom's huge number of video game albums, to name just a few examples.
