CD Projekt RED has introduced a new logo in its 2026 brand refresh, presenting a bolder red background and a livelier Raróg bird ahead of the next Witcher 3 DLC.
Brand Refresh Announcement
During Gamescom 2026, the Polish studio announced a visual overhaul that will support all future projects. The team emphasized that the update retains the company’s core heritage while infusing a modern tone.
Logo Design Changes
The revised emblem swaps the previous white backdrop for a heat‑red hue that brings vibrancy to any medium. The signature Raróg maintains its silhouette but now sports a more aggressive expression, an opened mouth, and sharper talons that suggest motion and confidence.
Context Within the Studio’s Slate
CD Projekt RED’s redesign follows the confirmation of Witcher 4’s 2028 release window and precedes the Cyberpunk Edgerunners 2 premiere on Netflix, slated for October 20, 2026. While the new look signals ambition, no simultaneous game updates accompany the change.
Industry and Competitor Moves
Other developers are also revisiting their brands this year. Bethesda Softworks celebrated its 40th anniversary with a fresh logo, though, like CDPR, these updates arrive without accompanying game titles.

With its intensified color palette and tightened visual identity, CD Projekt RED positions itself to communicate its global brand more decisively ahead of its major releases.
