Gaijin Entertainment and Darkflow Software have released a first major update for 'Cuisine Royale' since the release on PS4 & Co., including a new character.
The new character, Eric 'Torden' Thorsson, has the 'Thunderstrike' ability, which allows him to climb high into the air and then fall to the ground, knocking enemies away, destroying objects and hurling vehicles. Other Scandinavian-themed updates include the winter version of the Normandy map, Viking talismans and costumes, and the Loki mask. There is also a new resuscitation feature: you can pick up the heart of a fallen comrade and throw it into the ritual fire to bring him back from the dead.
Cuisine Royale takes place in a realistic world that is full of magic. Therefore, the characters can not only use firearms and melee weapons, but also supernatural abilities such as summoning zombies or using bullet time. The battles take place on one of two huge maps – Normandy and Mexico – where players have to try to survive – with all the options that can be found on the battlefield, be it sniper rifles or frying pans. Defeating enemies is rewarded with “souls of the sinful” that are needed to use skills.
Cuisine Royale is now available on PS4.
