The Polish studio has confirmed that like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, this sci-fi title will be updated with free downloadable content.
This has been certified by the official account of the video game on Twitter, when one of the followers of the video game has asked that question. Although they have not detailed what the DLCs will consist of, the company has shared an unequivocal gif in response to the message, where the affirmative answer can be read. In the case of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, the developers released a total of 16 packs, containing weapons, gear, and even some extra missions.

The two expansions
Another of the parallels between The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Cyberpunk 2077 is that they will both share a similar post-launch plan. In this way, the new production will also be expanded with two expansion contents. CD Projekt RED will continue to deepen its strategy and offer new adventures for its protagonist, although information on the content of the expansions has not yet been provided.
Cyberpunk 2077 will be released on September 19 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The new generation versions will be updated free of charge for all those who purchase the current console edition. In this way, players will be able to enjoy the improvements from day one, although it will not be until 2021 when the final patch is ready. On the other hand, the Stadia version will also take a while. At the moment, there is no confirmed date for the game on the Google platform.
