No game has been discussed as much as Death Stranding this year, which may have contributed to a huge success behind it.
Although there are no official sales figures to Death Stranding known, on the part of the user, the unusual title is rated but mostly positive. The many discussions about it may well have made many indecisive players curious.
Anyway, according to an insider on Reddit, Death Stranding is a big hit from the point of view of sales, where it says:
"I am not sure if it has been said elsewhere, but Death Stranding is a huge worldwide success in terms of sales."
The same insider has also circulated the latest news about a new Silent Hill game allegedly created between Kojima Productions and Konami. The fact that peace reigns between the two should be largely due to Death Stranding, that Hideo Kojima should have created something out of nowhere and left a big impression on Konami.
But even here it remains to be seen whether the message soon disassembled itself as soon as Sony published the new quarterly report at the end of January, in which then also Death Stranding falls into it.
