Death Stranding is updated on PS4 and adds Photo Mode: that's right

The Hideo Kojima game, which will be released on PC this June, now includes one of the novelties of the computer version on PlayStation 4.

Death Stranding has been updated on PS4 to version 1.12 and incorporates the expected Photo Mode. As confirmed just a few days ago, Photo Mode was not going to be an exclusive feature for the computer version; in fact, there were doubts if they were going to wait for the video game to go on sale on PC to offer the PlayStation community this possibility. Now we know that this is not the case: the download is now available to everyone.

The download, which is applied automatically if we have configured the console, allows us to immortalize both specific moments of the game in the form of photography and also the cinematic sequences; although the editor does not allow to move the angle of the camera in the sequences. For the rest, the Photo Mode of Death Stranding does allow you to change the position of the camera in gameplay conditions, color, filters, expressions and even frames.

Death Stranding, June 2 also on PC

Kojima Productions and 505 Games confirmed just a few weeks ago that Death Stranding will go on sale on PC on June 2 through the Valve portal, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. You can check here all the extras and improvements that the compatible title will bring.

Kojima Productions, like hundreds of thousands of companies around the world, has temporarily closed one of the plants in its study due to the coronavirus case (COVID-19) of one of the employees. In Japan, where oglibatory confinement has not been decreed and the situation is partially controlled in both daily positive cases and deaths, quarantine is recommended. The Kojima team has not hesitated: everyone will work remotely until further notice.

Hideo Kojima is not standing still. The creative, winner of the Best Director award for The Game Awards, will continue to design experiences in the future, as he himself has recalled. Death Stranding is now available in physical and digital format for PS4,
