No surprises after the PSN Australia leak. The new Destiny 2 expansion is called Beyond Light and it already has a release date. It will be next September 22 when the players can live a new adventure on the surface of Jupiter’s moon. This is Europe, the location of the first video game in the saga, something that was already glimpsed in one of the teaser trailers that Bungie herself mistakenly leaked on social networks.
The also creators of Halo have announced it through a streaming that was planned in advance, as we published in FreeGameTips. Director Luke Smith has commented that players will have to solve the mystery of a strange pyramid threat. On the other hand, a classic Destiny character will be back, nothing more and nothing less than Exo Stranger.

Black Lives Matter
The streaming broadcast has started with a special message of support for the Black Lives Matter movement. Systemic racism against the black community in the United States has raised the awareness of thousands of citizens. “We have to do more than just talk about racism in America,” says the study. “We need to do more than listen to the screams of black communities. We must do more than realize that there is systemic racial injustice throughout the world. ”
Activision and Bungie decided to break the bond between the two companies and separate their paths, so the studio kept the intellectual property rights and became an independent developer. From now on, it is they who manage the fate of their sagas.
As far as Beyond Light is concerned, it has been reported that it will be released on all current platforms. Namely, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia. Nothing has been said yet about the next-gen consoles, Xbox Series X and PS5.
