Hidden Path Entertainment, which will be the responsible studio, has shared a series of job offers for different positions on Twitter.

Wizards of the Coast is working on expanding the Dungeons and Dragons saga in video games. The company announced that it had eight titles in development, including, of course, Baldur’s Gate 3 and Dungeon’s & Dragons: Dark Alliance. The next one to be confirmed does not yet have an official title, but a general idea of what the game concept will be has been revealed. Hidden Path Entertainment has shared a series of job offers, which reveal that the title will be an open world triple A.

The creators of Defense Grid, who have also been part of the development of CS: GO and Age of Empires 2 HD, has written the following on their official Twitter account: “We are developing a triple A fantasy RPG that will be set within the Dungeons and Dragons saga ”. Some additional details can be found on the official website. The game, which will run on the Unreal Engine 4, will incorporate combat, magic, destruction and weather.

Hidden Path is defined as a collaborative study

In the scriptwriting position they ask someone capable of executing narrative directives to build the dialogues, characters and text within the game. They ensure that Hidden Path is an inclusive collaborative studio, with artists from all branches, who offer different perspectives. There are currently openings for the following positions: graphics programmer, senior technical artist, and screenwriter.

Tuque Games is the studio behind Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance, a spiritual successor to the two installments of Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance. Thus, the players will have the possibility to put themselves in the shoes of several of the heroes of the Forgotten Realms. Meanwhile, Larian continues to work on his ambitious Baldur’s Gate 3, currently in Early Access status. It still does not have an official launch date, but from the study they assured that it would be in early access for at least a year.
