That Apex Legends is a free-to-play title does not mean that new editions will not be released. Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment just announced Apex Legends: Champion Edition, which will launch on the same day as the seventh season of the Battle Pass. When? There is still no official date, but the sixth season will conclude on November 10. In any case, this new edition will come with a whole series of extras in the form of legendary objects with a value of about 100 dollars. Its market price, however, will be $ 39.99 (its price in euros has not yet been confirmed).

What does the Champion Edition include?
9 character unlockables (all Legends until Season 7):
- Caustic, Mirage, Octane, Wattson, Crypto, Revenant, Loba, Rampart, and the Legend of the seventh season.
7 exclusive Legendary items
- “Risen Queen” (skin for Wraith)
- “Forged Knight” (skin for Revenant)
- “Hallowed Spirit” (skin for Crypto)
- “Curse of the Awaken” (skin for Triple Take)
- “Slayer’s Lancer” (Flatline skin)
- “Jaded Myth” (Sentinel skin)
- “Emperor Nessy XIV” (Gun Charm skin)
In addition to all this, players who purchase Apex Legends: Champion Edition will receive 1000 Apex Coins, the currency of the video game that is used to acquire all kinds of cosmetic items.
The battle royale developed by Respawn Entertainment will be published soon on Nintendo Switch, and although we still do not know when, everything seems to indicate that it will not take too long (it has been classified by the ESRB). Meanwhile, those also responsible for Titanfall 2 and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order are working on implementing one of the features most demanded by the community, cross-play. The company has launched an open beta with the aim of polishing the systems for their implementation in the final product.
Apex Legends is currently available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
