Elden Ring – Possible new information leaked?

Playfront

From Software is still holding back information or even material from 'Elden Ring' that was announced months ago. Therefore, the insiders now jump in again and have possible details from the game ready.

As the From Software Insider ‘Omnipotent’ wrote in the ResetEra forum and Reddit, Elden Ring gets his inspiration for the game world from Shadow of the Colossus and the Scottish areas with which you can really feel connected. In terms of the surroundings themselves, it is no longer just about large areas, but also the degree of verticality and natural transitions between the more open sections and the less open sections such as castles and ruins. In addition, it can be expected that many fantasy locations will be used here.

Dynamic weather & Co.

Furthermore, one goes into features like a dynamic weather system, which should differ from the “static” game world of the predecessors. The environment now reacts to you significantly more often and changes, which also affects the placement of opponents.

“As in previous games, Elden Ring will have the ability to make and change things in the world. The remarkable thing is that the world will change by itself. I don't really mean it, but maybe you stroll your typical path from point A to B, have a good time on your horse, blow up the old city street and before you realize it you are hit by a kind of tremendous monstrosity. ”

At this point, the player should have the choice of either fighting the monster or simply disappearing. Also when exploring the game world, there should now be more opportunities to spontaneously see some cool things and to be able to visit them immediately.

So far, this information is unconfirmed, but sounds really interesting compared to the previous From Software games and would be a significant development.
