Square Enix, which is already working on the second installment, continues to show new details about the playability of the reimagined classic.

A florist in the city of smoke, Mako energy, who takes care of the garden of an old church in the suburbs of Midgar. When he meets Cloud, he still does not know the destiny he is going to chisel in the world, but he will soon be immersed in a battle without quarter. Aerith, one of the Final Fantasy VII Remake characters, will display her powers to achieve victory. Yoshinori Kitase, video game producer, has detailed how one of his skills will be, Tempest.

He has done it through a video published on the social networks of Final Fantasy VII Remake. According to the veteran of Squaresoft, it is a "quite unique attack", because "throws a glass projectile when you use it." The glass stays in place and explodes shortly after. "Afterwards, it causes damage to all surrounding enemies instead of just one." Therefore, it is a long-range hit.

The second episode is in development

It is well known that Square Enix decided on an episodic model, although judging by the comments of the company, each of the games will have full title entity. In an update of the official website, several of the key members of the study shared their experience on working in the remake. Tetsuya Nomura, project director, confirmed that the company had already started with the second episode.

To this day, the number of deliveries is still unknown, but it is confirmed that the first game will cover the entire history of Midgar. Of course, it will not take place exactly as in the original, since the study has reinforced the story with new dialogues and scenes, as well as with new final bosses.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is under development exclusively for PS4. Its launch is scheduled for March 3, 2020. It will come with a reversible cover.
